River Bluffs Estates

Located in a meadow atop the bluffs overlooking the Provo River Valley, River Bluffs Estates is surrounded by picturesque mountains.

 

River Bluffs Estates is unique as it is the first development in Francis to include a trail system consisting of two miles of asphalt trails, many of which will connect to a one-acre park located in the center of the development.
