River Bluffs Estates is located in Francis, Utah on the bluffs of the Provo River Valley. 

 

Located 40 minutes from Salt Lake City, 15 minutes from Heber City and 15 minutes from Park City, River Bluffs is close to a wide range of fabulous outdoor activities including horseback riding, snowmobiling, skiing, and fishing.

 

Directions from Heber City (from the south)

Drive north on US-40 for approx 3 miles to UT-32.

Turn right (east) onto UT-32 and drive approx 10 miles to W Hilltop Rd.

Turn left (north) onto W Hilltop Rd.

River Bluffs Estates is on W Hilltop Rd, on the right hand side.

Directions from Park City (from the north)

Drive east on UT-248 for approx 14 miles to UT-32.

Turn right (south) onto UT-32 and drive approx 2 miles to the intersection of UT-32, UT-35 and S Spring Holw.

Turn right (west) onto UT-32.

Turn right (north) onto W Hilltop Rd.

River Bluffs Estates is on W Hilltop Rd, on the right hand side.
